1. Application
This working draft outlines the subjects that the final terms must cover. The terms only apply once the final text has been validly made available and incorporated into an agreement.
2. Quotes and agreements
Work, scope, planning, prices, additional costs and responsibilities are recorded per project in a quote and, where needed, a separate project or management agreement.
3. Delivery and cooperation
APPIX performs the work with due care. The client supplies required information, feedback and access on time. Delays caused by missing cooperation may change the schedule.
4. Acceptance and warranty
A project is delivered after the agreed scope, checks and written approval. Reproducible defects in pre-agreed functionality are repaired free of charge for one month.
5. Management, hosting and availability
Website management is optional but recommended; app management is mandatory. Hosting and monitoring are best-efforts obligations unless a different service level is agreed in writing.
6. Consumers
When APPIX sells to consumers, additional statutory information duties and mandatory consumer rights are fully respected. This draft requires legal review before use.
